Job Summary
The Sales Service Representative is responsible for assisting the territory Sales Specialist in increasing the volume of compliant and profitable lab specimens in the designated territory through ongoing account management, increasing business in existing accounts, and development of new business.
Responsibilities
- Become familiar with and always adhere to compliance standards.
- Communicate with internal teams and develop productive working relationships with lab, billing, and clinical support team
- Assist in meeting and exceeding territory volume growth objectives by maintaining and servicing relationships with existing clients, assisting in the development of new accounts, and increasing business in existing accounts.
- Attend local and national conferences and tradeshows, to generate leads and interact with prospective clients.
- Understand the account’s workflow and train staff on established and new procedures.
- Utilize prospecting data and assist in setting qualified appointments within territory.
- Plan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basis.
- Present Acutis’ products and services to prospective clients
- Assist in closing new business.
- Ongoing pipeline development including growing existing accounts, referrals, and cold calling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management or related field.
- 1 Year of Sales or Relatable Experience
- Uncompromising ethics and integrity
- High energy level and ability to develop sales rapidly
- Outside sales experience with strong closing, cold calling, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated track record and commitment to continued progressive sales growth
- Ability to understand and present clinical and technical product information
- Understanding of insurance and reimbursement issues
- Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive as part of a team
- Prior experience managing a large geographical territory
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
