Role Description The Office Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Decatur, AL, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy real estate office. This role includes managing incoming calls and emails, greeting and assisting clients and visitors, and scheduling appointments. The Office Administrator will prepare, organize, and file documents, maintain office records, and support listing and transaction paperwork. The role requires consistent, professional communication with clients, and team members, as well as handling general customer service inquiries and providing administrative support wherever needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including organizing records, managing schedules, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Experience working with Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, scanners, phone systems, and basic troubleshooting of common issues.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional phone and email etiquette.
- Customer Service skills to greet visitors, respond to client inquiries, and ensure a positive office experience.
- Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar tools) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Decatur, AL, maintaining punctuality and reliability.
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role; experience in real estate or a professional services environment is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in business administration or a related field is beneficial.
