Anor Spa is a boutique spa located in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn. We are looking to hire a part time esthetician who is available Wednesdays and Sundays with potential for some flexibility for additional days during the weekdays/weekends. The ideal candidate must be able to perform facial treatments for all skin types, microcurrent, microdermabrasion, LED light therapy, chemical peels, and full body waxing including Brazilian waxing (must have experience using hard wax). We are looking for someone who is friendly, driven, and passionate about beauty & wellness.
Requirements:
- New York Esthetician License
- US work authorization
- Minimum of 3+ years experience as an esthetician in a spa setting

Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tinting.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin types and concerns.
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to promote ongoing skin health.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications to continually improve service quality.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician in NYC.
- Demonstrated experience in performing aesthetic treatments such as facials, waxing, and brow/lash tinting.
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, color theory, infection control practices, and sanitation standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques to recommend products or packages that meet client needs
