The Warehouse Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and accurate documentation within a small team environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Supervisor, this role requires collaboration and attention to detail to maintain smooth warehouse operations without the need for travel. The position offers opportunities for growth into supervisory roles or specialization in inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and on time
- Replenish stock to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Process Returns, Check Returns
- Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Reporting daily work to supervisor through written Daily Reports
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Can drive forklift (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Experience in shipping and receiving processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a small team
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
