Shift:
- Part-Time
- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Saturday - Sunday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Every other weekend Required
- 20 Hours a Week
Joining Us:
Assists director in planning and executing activities to provide therapeutic recreation services designed to improve the psychosocial, physical and mental well-being of residents.
Essential Responsibilities:
- With direction from Activities Director implements recreation activities for residents to meet psychosocial needs.
- Contributes to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job performance.
- Demonstrates commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of Inspirit Senior Living
- Collaborates with all staff to maintain the safety and security of all who reside, visit, or work in the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: One year experience in a residential care community
- Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- Must possess good organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to interact effectively in all contacts.
- Ability to work independently with little need for direction.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate after hour needs of residents.
- Must have a working knowledge of computers.
- Testing: Pre-placement drug test and TB test required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $13.50 per hour
