Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping & receiving. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for loading and unloading materials.
- Perform picking & packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and manage order fulfillment.
- Assist in shipping & receiving activities, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in regular inventory audits and assist with materials handling as needed.
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling heavy lifting tasks.
