OnQ, LLC is looking for a Crew Foreman
OnQ is a small, fast-paced construction and building-services company with a reputation for solid customer service and a “can do” attitude. Our goal is to provide quality work, in a timely manner, at an affordable price.
We need an experienced foreman to help us with our very full work load.
We are a ‘general contractor’ in the broadest sense of that term, so working for OnQ leads to days full of variety. We perform home remodels, do some light commercial renovations, periodically design and build residential additions (doing all exterior and interior work), and more. The service side of our business engages in repairs (minor and major) and maintenance for a wide range of rental units – from high-rise apartments, to small duplexes, to single-family homes.
The result? We’re always busy!
The individual we are looking for will bring most or all of the following skills to the job:
· Broad-based experience with residential remodeling, maintenance, and new construction: rough & finished carpentry, dry-wall, painting, and window & door replacement. Experience with tile, flooring, roofing, and simple plumbing & electric repairs is a “plus”.
· Be a good “on-the-job” problem-solver.
· Able to work independently.
· Able to supervise others on the job.
· Able to write simple, clear job reports when necessary.
· Congenial with customers on the job sites.
We will pay from $35-$45 per hour based on your experience.
