Overview
We are seeking a mission-driven Regional Coordinator to provide assistance with our Meals-on-Wheels and Senior Dining program serving older adults across Rutherford, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, and Wilson Counties. This support role ensures high-quality meal service, program compliance, and strong community partnerships that support volunteer involvement and seniors’ independence, dignity, and well-being.
What You’ll Do
· Oversee daily operations across multiple counties
· Supervise staff and volunteers
· Ensure meal site compliance with regulations
· Assist in building partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders
· Assist with outreach, public relations, volunteer recruitment, and fundraising efforts
· Prepare reports, and track program performance
· Recruit, train, and develop a strong, mission-focused team comprised in part by volunteers
Qualifications
· Degree or equivalent experience helpful
· Strong organizational skills
· Excellent communication and leadership abilities
· Passion for serving seniors
