Provide coordinated nursing care to a diverse medical-surgical patient population using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation)
Monitor, assess, and respond to patient conditions, including post-operative and medical cases
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to achieve patient outcomes
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to ensure safe, effective care delivery
Supervise and delegate tasks to assigned nursing and support staff as appropriate
Participate in patient education and discharge planning to support continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and hospital standards
