About the Role
We are seeking a senior Customer Account Manager to own and grow one of our most strategic accounts. This is a remote-based position that requires consistent, scheduled onsite presence in Twin Falls, Idaho. You will serve as the primary commercial owner of a high-value account, driving revenue growth while coordinating closely with our operations, engineering, and field service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow revenue for a high-value strategic account anchored in Twin Falls, ID
- Build and execute multi-year strategic account plans
- Sell upgrades, retrofits, tooling, maintenance contracts, and spare parts
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and field service
- Mentor junior account managers and own escalation resolution
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in packaging or automation equipment, including 5+ years with filling and capping systems
- 5+ years managing client accounts with a proven record of revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong account planning, negotiation, and communication skills
Location
Remote, with a consistent, required commute to Twin Falls, ID. Candidates must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate or commute consistently.
Compensation & Benefits
$95,000 – $105,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.
