Server/Host Shift Kitchen & Bar

Duties:
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guest with menu and beverage selections, providing recommendations based on preferences
- Maintain knowledge of of all menu items and changes
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all areas
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and address any concerns or complaints
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Experience:
-Previous Serving experience
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing-Toast
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to create a positive experience for guests
- Understanding of the food industry, including food pairing recommendations
-Understanding Wine
Requirements:
- Valid Arizona food safety and alcohol service certifications
- Evenings, weekdays, weekends, and holiday availability
