We are hiring for a reliable Warehouse Assistant for our main facility is Bristol, PA. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, hourly position.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Verify the accuracy and quality of incoming deliveries.
- Receive inbound deliveries into WMS/ERP system.
- Label every product and place them in their correct locations.
- Keep a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory.
- Handle returns by completing technical documentation and other required communication.
- Convey purchasing requirements and keep data on the availability of products in short supply.
- Collaborate with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.
- Ensure production has the necessary materials to operate.
- Pick and maintain stock inventory for manufacturing using the forklift.
- Set up freight shipments and complete shipments in WMS/ERP.
- Book and complete international shipments in WMS/ERP.
- Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work area.
- Drive box truck to transport and deliver all orders on time.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous standing, lifting, bending and pivoting.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to use and interpret WMS/ERP.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
- Completion of on-the-job training may be substituted for educational requirements.
