We have opportunities for you to nurture our beautiful infants, high-five our loving toddlers, explore with our curious preschoolers, or hang out with our excited school-agers.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff):
- Chief Entertainment Officer: Supervise, engage, and match the high energy of school-age kids.
- Chief Architect of Fun: Plan and launch awesome, age-appropriate activities.
- Homework Hero: Swoop in to assist with homework and study sessions as needed.
- Safe-Ride Captain: Safely transport kids for school pick-ups, drop-offs, and epic field trips.
- Zone Commander: Maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment where kids can thrive.
Job Essentials (Your Superpowers):
- Certified Lifesaver: Ability to perform First Aid and CPR (we’ll train you!).
- Ninja Reflexes: Ability to instantly spot hazards and immediately sprint to retrieve a child who tries to make a break for the door.
- Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift to 40 pounds (aka one very heavy toddler or a mountain of building blocks).
- Quick Thinker: Ability to make fast, rock-solid decisions regarding a child’s safety.
- Unstoppable Energy: Ability to stay wide awake, alert, and ready for action all day long.
- Smooth Driver: Ability to safely and soberly drive a vehicle (if your specific role requires it).
- Safe Haven Creator: Ability to provide a physically, mentally, and emotionally stable "safe zone" for the kids in our care.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

Our rates are in line with the industry, and we love rewarding hard work with bonuses and pay increases throughout the year! (Exact rates depend on your experience, schedule, and shift availability. We also offer paid holidays and accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) so you can recharge your own batteries.
