Job Description:
· Maintain a max caseload of up to 12 clients, providing weekly individual and family counseling
· Run multiple groups per week for the IOP and PHP programs
· Document in the client’s electronic health record
· Collaborate with schools, referral sources, and other providers as required
· Conduct Intake Assessments as needed
· Conduct Safety Assessments as needed
· Complete Treatment Plans as required
· Attend weekly rounds meetings
· Participate in weekly supervision
Requirements:
· Have a valid NJ license (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW)
· Have a master’s degree in a clinical discipline
· At least 1 year of experience providing mental health services to youth and adults respectively
· Experience and willingness to work with all age ranges (8 yrs old to adult)
· Experience running groups
· IOP/PHP level of care experience, preferred
· DBT training, preferred
· Must be a team player
· Must be detail oriented
· Excellent documentation skills
· Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Zoom, and Docusign, preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
