Fit To Smile Dental is seeking a full-time Operations Manager who brings both experience and a collaborative mindset! We are searching for someone who is not only knowledgeable but also excited to grow within the company—a lot of cool things are getting implemented this year!
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a professional who:
- Has 3+ years of dental office experience (required)
- Understands dental terminology, EOBs, insurance billing, and administrative workflows
- Appreciates well-developed systems and can follow them consistently
- Communicates respectfully and openly, especially during problem-solving
- Is solutions-oriented instead of confrontational
- Values teamwork and enjoys collaborating with leadership
- Wants to grow within a supportive, positive practice environment

Compensation
