Royal Caringhands Home Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide support to individuals with intellectual and/or mental health disabilities in a Community Residential Services (CRS) group home setting. The DSP will assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting independence, community involvement, health, safety, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide direct care and supervision to persons served in a residential setting
- Transport individuals to and from work, appointments, community activities, and other scheduled destinations
- Assist with personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Encourage participation in daily living activities and community-based activities
- Support individuals in achieving their physical, emotional, social, recreational, and cognitive goals
- Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow individual service plans, company policies, and state regulations
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for persons served
Schedule: Full-time and Part-Time available -
- Required Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, plus every other weekend from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Minnesota Driver's License required
- Clean driving record and ability to be insured under the company's automobile insurance policy
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS background study
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum of one year of experience in home care, direct support, or a related field required
