Water restoration company located in Sun Valley, CA is looking for a motivated A/R, A/P Clerk to work in our accounting department. This position works closely with our Controller and General Manager.
Some of the duties include: updating and maintaining accurate financial records.
Posting customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions in QuickBooks. Posting revenues on daily log. Updating database by scanning invoices & payments and then uploading. Entering bills from vendors in QuickBooks and submitting for payment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
