Job description:
Leasing & Sales
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Conduct property tours with potential renters
- Explain lease terms and conditions and answer questions
- Process rental applications and verify applicant information
Tenant Relations
- Maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Address questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with lease renewals and resident retention program
Administrative Duties
- Prepare leasing documents, agreements, and move-in packages
- Maintain accurate records of vacancies, applications, and tenant interactions
- Input data into property management software systems
Experience
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English; ability to connect with diverse populations effectively
- Background in conflict management and problem-solving within a customer service or property management environment
- Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and facilities management is highly desirable
