Job Title: Part-Time Event Marketing
Location: Mountain View, CA (In Office)
Hours: 15–25 hours/week as needed

Our U.S. marketing team leads community activations, retail and education partnerships, and large-scale brand initiatives like our mobile makerspace tour.
Key Responsibilities
- Event & Tradeshow Support
- Assist with pre-show logistics (vendor coordination, shipments, promo items, signage)
- Track booth inventory and prepare kits for mobile events
- Support onsite setup/breakdown and customer engagement (travel optional)
- Partnership Coordination
- Maintain CRM/contact lists of influencers, educators, retailers
- Draft partnership briefs and help track KOC/KOL deliverables
- Support community initiatives like giveaways, squad building, and cross-promotions
- Communications & Admin
- Help draft email campaigns, internal updates, and partner recaps
- Coordinate weekly team sync notes and task follow-ups
- Monitor and respond to messages related to event invites and activations
Requirements
- Prior marketing, event, or brand support experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and proactive communicator
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Canva, Notion, or similar tools
- Interest in maker communities, education, or tech is a plus
- Availability for occasional travel or weekend events (optional but preferred)
