Quick Hands Logistics is seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive to aggressively expand our client base in the warehousing and logistics sector.
This is a true hunter role focused on generating new business through door-to-door prospecting and outbound outreach.

70% Field Sales: Direct, inperson prospecting at warehouses and industrial facilities

30% OfficeBased: Cold calling, appointment setting, CRM reporting, and pipeline management

HUNT FOR NEW BUSINESS: Prospect warehouses and logistics facilities through daily inperson visits (doortodoor).

Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and close new accounts consistently

Conduct cold calls and followups to set meetings and drive conversions

Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting in CRM systems

Develop and deliver tailored service presentations

Meet and exceed aggressive sales targets and KPIs

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity

Coordinate site visits and ensure professional client engagement

Proven success in outside sales / B2B / doortodoor sales

Strong “hunter” mentality — selfmotivated, resilient, and competitive

Comfortable with high rejection environments and fastpaced activity

Must have reliable transportation

Logistics or warehousing experience (preferred)

Base Salary : $23$27 per hour
