About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Refrigeration Specialist to join our team, focusing on the maintenance and optimization of large-scale cooling systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring operational continuity for complex facilities by leveraging your deep technical expertise in chiller diagnostics and mechanical overhauls.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive overhauls and major repairs on diverse chiller systems from various manufacturers to restore peak performance.

Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify root causes of mechanical failure, minimizing system downtime for critical infrastructure.

Manage complex maintenance schedules for industrial-grade cooling equipment to ensure long-term reliability.

Collaborate with facility management to improve energy efficiency and cooling capacity across institutional and industrial sites.

Conduct rigorous testing and calibration of refrigeration components to maintain compliance with safety and performance standards.

Provide expert technical guidance on system upgrades and preventative maintenance strategies to extend equipment lifecycle.
Qualifications-
Current Journeyman HVAC License.

10+ years of hands-on experience specializing in industrial chiller systems.

Proven track record of performing complete, independent overhauls on large-tonnage chillers.

Extensive knowledge of multi-manufacturer equipment configurations.

Experience working within municipal, educational, or large-scale industrial environments.
