Job description:
Home Hospice
Driver’s License and Auto Insurance required
68.75/hr + IRS mileage $.725/mile
Start ::ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days
Coverage area: Washington OR Dakota County (not both)
May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address Productivity expectation is 24-30 visits/wk for 40 hours.
Hospice experience required
HomeCare HomeBase experience required
Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.

Weekly Gross:$2,750
Hourly Rate:$68.75
Taxable Weekly:$800
Weekly Stipend:$1,950
