Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive company image.
- Assist in sales administration tasks, ensuring all customer interactions are logged accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
- Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support telemarketing efforts by reaching out to potential clients and promoting our services.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information to customers.
- Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales while maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
