Job description
Immediate opening for an experienced Full time Leasing Agent in Little Rock, Arkansas Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to follow compliance guidelines, possess strong leadership as well as computer skills. The job entails but is not limited to collecting rents, unit inspections, screening applicants, and leasing. Tax credit experience and one site is a plus. Knowledge of fair housing rules and regulations.
