A Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients and assisting the kitchen team to ensure food is ready for service. Duties include washing and chopping vegetables, preparing meats and sauces, measuring ingredients, maintaining a clean and organized work area, stocking supplies, washing dishes, and following food safety and sanitation standards.
