Our Senior Therapists play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services while also contributing to program development, mentorship, and outreach initiatives.
About the Role
The Senior Therapist (IV) is a fully licensed clinician with advanced certifications or specializations. Recognized for in-depth expertise in specific therapeutic modalities or client demographics, this role involves leading specialized therapy programs, engaging in community outreach, and contributing to peer collaboration and knowledge-sharing on best practices in clinical care. This position offers opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and specialization in innovative mental health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership on specialized therapy programs or groups based on clinical expertise
- Mentor and support the professional growth of Therapists (III), Associate Therapists (II), and Clinical Interns (I)
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors and leadership to enhance Dreavita’s service offerings
- Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches (with a minimum of 20 sessions per week
- Contribute to Dreavita’s educational initiatives, including content development, workshops, and training
- Engage in non-direct care projects, such as introducing innovative health technologies, program development, and professional advocacy to Dreavita
- Participate in Dreavita's marketing and community-building efforts, including contributing to social media content, short-form video (e.g., reels), psychoeducational posts, and other digital outreach initiatives that reflect the practice's values and mission.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including time spent as a provisionally licensed clinician (e.g., registered intern/associate)
- Fully licensed for independent clinical practice (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, etc.)
- Holds at least one advanced certification or specialization (e.g., EMDR, CBT, DBT, ACT, Somatic Therapy, Neurodivergent Affirmative Therapy, etc.)
- Experience contributing to program development or community outreach
- Demonstrated mentorship experience with a track record of supporting junior clinicians
- Strong interest in innovation and technology in mental health, including digital therapeutics and ethical technology integration
- Brings forward-thinking, creative approaches to clinical care and actively contributes ideas that push Dreavita's practice forward.
- Demonstrates a genuine, long-term commitment to the profession of therapy and is invested in the sustained growth of both the clients and the practice they serve.

Compensation & Employment Structure
W2 or 1099 employment
You set your own schedule
Hourly pay model (with a minimum 20 client sessions per week)
Option to transition to a salaried role after 6 months
Opportunities for additional compensation based on session volume and program contributions
