Duties
- Engage with customers through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales, to identify financial needs and present tailored solutions
- Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to recommend appropriate banking, insurance, and investment products
- Negotiate terms and close sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer concerns
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and tracking client interactions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote new products and services through outreach efforts
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Assist in benefits administration by explaining available options and guiding clients through enrollment processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial products
- Knowledge of insurance sales, benefits administration, and HIPAA regulations related to customer privacy
- Ability to handle sales administration tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in marketing strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
