Overview:
The Assembler performs standard assembly tasks with minimal supervision and demonstrates consistent compliance with safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Production Support

Perform routine assembly operations independently following work instructions and drawings.

Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly.

Support daily production activities as assigned.

Assist with equipment setup and basic troubleshooting.
Quality & Safety

Follow safety protocols and quality requirements.

Adhere to work instructions and quality standards, including AS9100 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 where applicable.

Identify and report defects or process issues.
Documentation

Accurately complete required production and quality documentation.
Marginal Responsibilities
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education, Knowledge, & Skills Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Demonstrate competency in standard assembly tasks.

Basic measurement and inspection skills.
Work Requirements/Condition

Work performed in a manufacturing and production environment.
-
Extended periods of standing may be required; seating is available at all workstations.

Must be able to lift and move materials up to 25 pounds independently.

Frequent use of hands for operating equipment, computers, and hand tools.

May require bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements.

Required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety glasses in designated areas.

U.S. citizenship is required for this role due to federal regulations.
