We close one Saturday a month and extra days around holidays so staff can enjoy a long weekend with family and friends.
Responsibilities
- Perform nail care treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails. (Will train.)
- Perform hair services such as color, cutting, styling, up-do's, and men's cuts. (Will train.)
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment.
- Offer retail sales of beauty products by upselling skincare, haircare, and nail care items. (Retail bonus on every paycheck.)
- Communicate clearly with clients at consultation to understand their needs, provide expert advice on treatments, and ensure an outstanding customer service experience.
Skills
- Knowledge of cosmetology techniques including hair styling, cutting, coloring, and barbering.
- Expertise in nail care procedures such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art design.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for clients.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
