Life as a Technician
Most of our technicians work from home out of a company-owned and well-stocked service van. Our basic work week is full-time, Monday through Friday, with regular opportunity for overtime (double time for 55+ hours in the workweek).

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
A Field Service Technician services customer's equipment on site including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair, as well as some scheduled P.M. calls.
Requirements
- Good customer relations skills and a good work ethic
- Driver's license in good standing
- High School or equivalent certificate
Bonus points for
- Technical school/degree preferred
- Experience with refrigeration repair
- Commercial food service equipment repair
- Ability to read wiring diagram and understand technical material
