Job Title: Middle School Principal
Job Summary:
Permanent full-time position with a start date of July 1, 2026. Enrollment 300. Pennsylvania secondary principal or comprehensive K-12 Principal Certification required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and curriculum.
- Supervise and support teachers, staff, and students to maintain a positive and effective school climate.
- Oversee daily school operations, including scheduling, discipline, safety, and extracurricular activities.
- Lead professional development opportunities and instructional improvement efforts for staff.
- Communicate regularly with parents, community members, and district leadership.
- Manage the school budget and resources responsibly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with district policies, state and federal regulations, and educational standards.
- Support student academic growth, social-emotional well-being, and positive behavior initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Pennsylvania secondary principal or comprehensive K-12 Principal Certification
- Previous successful teaching experience, with administrative or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, student-centered school culture.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, 245 day contract, including some evenings and weekends for school events and meetings.
Compensation:
- Salary and benefits as determined by the district’s Act 93 salary schedule.

Pay: $89,250.00 - $122,462.00 per year
