Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Machine Maintenance Technician to support the reliability, precision, and performance of our manufacturing equipment. This role is responsible for preventive maintenance, machine inspections, troubleshooting, adjustments, and continuous improvement initiatives that help maintain micron-level accuracy and maximize production uptime.
Responsibilities
- Adjust and maintin parts feeders.
- Knowledgeable monitoring machine settings with photoelectric sensors, proximity sensors, and solenoid valves.
- Perform quality checks to ensure machines operate within specifications.
- Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to maintain equipment reliability.
- Identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reduce recurring issues.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance technician experience.
- Experience with parts feeders, inspection machines, and industrial sensors.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience as an inspection machine operator or working with automated inspection equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment and take initiative to learn new tools and concepts quickly.
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Basic mathematical skills with the ability to perform standard calculations.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to visually inspect small parts for extended periods with sustained concentration.
