Duties

- Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities within designated regions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual benefit for clients and the company
- Collaborate with management on business development strategies and market analysis to identify new opportunities
- Provide ongoing customer service support post-sale to ensure client retention and upselling opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing products, industry trends, and competitive landscape
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or roofing industry preferred
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation effectively
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build trust with clients
- Ability to perform product demos and conduct effective presentations tailored to client needs
- Analytical skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
