This position offers a flexible schedule that works around varying hours. Weekends are typically available, and weekday schedules are customized based on business needs and availability.
Compensation
- Base compensation of $15.15/hour for approved work activities.
- $40 bonus for every 3 verified leads.
- 35% commission on jobs you sell and help complete.
- 20% commission on cleaning-only jobs.
- Daily lead payouts available.

Responsibilities
- Residential and commercial window cleaning.
- Interacting professionally with customers.
- Identifying and generating quality leads.
- Maintaining equipment and working safely.
- Representing Kye’s Krystal Clear Windows with integrity and professionalism.
- Taking pride in quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work outdoors.
- Comfortable using ladders and performing physical work.
- Reliable transportation to and from jobs.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must complete IRS Form W-9 and work as a 1099 independent contractor.
