Position Logistics
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week Physical Therapist position based entirely at our Paoli clinic. We are open to both experienced clinicians and new graduates.
Our clinic is open from 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, and this role requires availability until 7:00 PM at least three days per week. A four-day workweek may be possible for the right candidate and schedule.
The salary range is $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience.
Please note: Full-time availability at 40 hours per week is required.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License (or license eligible)
- Strong orthopedic clinical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care

Base Salary
$75,000–$95,000 annually
Performance Compensation
Performance-based compensation is available and is commensurate with your experience, clinical excellence, leadership, patient outcomes, and contribution to the continued success of Hayes Physical Therapy.
