We're looking for an experienced, patient-centered Nurse Practitioner who enjoys building relationships and providing high-quality virtual care.
Position Summary
As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct virtual consultations, evaluate patients for medical weight loss programs, prescribe medications when clinically appropriate, and provide ongoing follow-up care. Depending on licensure and qualifications, you'll also manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and other wellness protocols.

Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient consultations
- Evaluate patients for GLP-1 weight loss therapy
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications within your scope of practice and state licensure
- Monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments
- Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with the Bella Vie team to deliver exceptional patient care
Additional Responsibilities (if qualified)
Providers holding an active DEA registration and appropriate experience may also:
- Evaluate and manage hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Prescribe hormone therapies and other controlled medications when clinically appropriate and legally permitted
- Manage peptide therapy protocols consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and current standards of care
QualificationsRequired
- Active Nurse Practitioner license (APRN, FNP, AGNP, or equivalent)
- Ability to practice in one or more applicable states
- National board certification
- Experience in primary care, family medicine, endocrinology, obesity medicine, women's health, or telemedicine
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records
Preferred
- Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications for weight management
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy
- Knowledge of obesity medicine and metabolic health
- Multi-state licensure
- Active DEA registration (preferred; required for providers who will prescribe controlled substances where applicable)
