What You'll Do:
Personal Care & Daily Living
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Medication Support
- Provide timely medication reminders
- Help clients stay on track with their medication routines
Meals & Nutrition
- Plan and prepare meals that meet dietary needs
- Encourage proper nutrition and hydration
Companionship
- Provide genuine companionship and engaging conversation
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings
Health & Safety Monitoring
- Watch for and report changes in a client's condition to the care team
- Keep clear, accurate care documentation
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior caregiving experience preferred (but a caring heart matters most)
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
- A warm, empathetic, patient approach to care
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- Reliable and able to follow a client's individualized care plan
