We are seeking a CNC programmer/Process Engineer Trainee.
Job Responsibilities:
Main priorities will be supporting the Engineering department with the following duties:
· Produce 3D CAD models and prints utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
· Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T dimensioning.
· Quote cycle times utilizing MSE estimating software to establish part cost and manufacturing process. This includes gathering outside service pricing and raw material prices needed to complete part.
· Program our Eurotech and Citizen Swiss CNC machines, either by hands-on process or programming utilizing Esprit software.
· Purchase necessary tooling to achieve the process.
· Troubleshoot programs and tooling when needed.
· Work with both Engineering and CNC operators to achieve common goals.
Position Requirements:
· Knowledge of SolidWorks or AutoCAD software
· Knowledge of Esprit software helpful
· Will consider CNC setup person with CNC programming knowledge
