Natural Freedom Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers with prior experience in home care, direct support, or CNA-level assistance to provide in-home support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
We are currently hiring for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Scheduling flexibility is available based on caregiver availability and client needs.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Companionship and community involvement
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Mobility assistance and safety monitoring
- Personal care support as needed
- Encouraging independence and engagement
Qualified applicants should:
- Have prior caregiving, home care, CNA, DSP, or related experience
- Be reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Have strong communication skills
- Be comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Have reliable transportation
