We are looking for someone who:
· Is comfortable working in a team environment but who can also work independently
· Is a self-starter who will drive change in areas of improvement
· Is willing to interface closely with programmers to improve efficiency and solve problems
· Has experience setting up CNC mills, including complicated parts with tight geometric tolerances
· Is capable of inspecting parts
· Has experience with different materials
. Has their own tools for setting up
· Is willing to teach and train up and coming machinists
· Preferably has experience with Brother and Okuma controls
