Pay: $20 hourly base with potential for additional bonus for appointments set.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
This position is located onsite in Salem Oregon and reports to the Service Manager.

BMW of Salem is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused Service BDC Administrator to join our team. As the first contact for our service customers, you will help ensure every guest receives the premium experience they expect from the BMW brand.

What You'll Do

Create engaging first impressions that encourage customers to return for future repair needs.

Welcome service customers promptly and ensure a seamless check-in experience.

Answer incoming calls and customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, helping convert inquiries into scheduled service appointments.

Support department growth by identifying opportunities to schedule future maintenance visits and maximize service appointment retention.

Coordinate communication between customers, service advisors, and technicians to enhance the customer experience.

Follow up with customers regarding appointments, service status updates, and dealership communications.

Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.

Keep the reception and customer waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming.

Support service department initiatives focused on increasing customer satisfaction, retention, and service lane traffic.
What You'll Bring

1+ year of automotive service experience is ideal. We will consider candidates with receptionist, customer service, administrative, or hospitality experience.

Working knowledge of computers and technology. Comfortability in navigating computer and dealership technologies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
