Our Specialty Areas

Preference is given to clinicians with experience or interest in:
- EMDR
- Somatic Experiencing (SE)
- Brainspotting
- ERP for OCD
- AIP model
- Exposure-based therapies

Position Requirements
- Active LAC license in Arizona (other associate-level licenses considered)
- Willingness to build and maintain a caseload of:
- Full-time: 20+ clients/week
- Part-time: minimum 12 clients/week
- Interest in working with children, teens, and adults
- Desire to learn ERP and specialty trauma modalities
- Ability to complete documentation within 24 hours of sessions
- Willingness to learn our billing processes and EHR system
- Minimum 1-year commitment
Compensation & Benefits
- $60–$75 per clinical hour
- Full-time clinicians can earn $90,000+ annually
- Example: 30 sessions/week with 4 weeks off = approximately $90,000/year
- Weekly admin pay
- PTO available once full-time status is reached (20+ clients/week)
- Hybrid flexibility with primarily in-person work
