Role Description
The Service Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in Akron, Ohio. In this role, you will install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain food processing and packaging equipment at customer facilities throughout Northeast Ohio and surrounding areas. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, complete equipment installations, and respond to service calls to keep customer operations running efficiently and minimize downtime.
As a key member of our team, you will work directly with customers to identify solutions, explain repairs, and provide exceptional service. You will maintain accurate service records, follow company safety and quality standards, and take pride in delivering reliable, hands-on technical support. Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and basic repair or maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Experience with tools and equipment in a hands-on environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in industrial environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record; company vehicles are provided for travel during the workday.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay at $22.00 per hour, with higher pay available based on experience.
- Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
