NOW HIRING EXPERIENCED CABINET INSTALLER
Cabinet Design by Gina is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Cabinet Installer to join our team!
We are seeking a dependable, skilled, and detail-oriented professional who can complete full cabinet installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and can work independently while meeting project deadlines.
Position Responsibilities
· Complete full cabinet installations for kitchens, bathrooms, pantries, laundry rooms, entertainment areas, and other residential or commercial spaces.
· Review cabinet drawings, layouts, measurements, and installation instructions before beginning each project.
· Install base cabinets, wall cabinets, tall cabinets, panels, fillers, moldings, trim, toe kicks, hardware, and accessories.
· Properly level, secure, align, and adjust cabinets, doors, drawers, and hardware.
· Make accurate cuts and modifications when required.
· Inspect cabinets and materials for shortages, or incorrect items.
· Immediately report job-site issues, damaged materials, missing parts, or necessary corrections.
· Protect customers’ floors, walls, countertops, appliances, and personal property during installation.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
· Remove installation debris and leave the job site clean upon completion
· Return unused materials, tools, and parts as directed.
· Follow all company procedures, building codes, manufacturer instructions, and workplace safety requirements.
· Represent Cabinet Design by Gina professionally at every job site.
Required Qualifications
· Proven experience completing full cabinet installations.
· Ability to read and understand cabinet plans, elevations, drawings, and measurements.
· Strong knowledge of cabinet installation methods, tools, hardware, trim, and finishing details.
· Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· Must have the tools and equipment required to complete professional cabinet installations.
· Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle cabinets and heavy materials.
· Ability to work independently and manage installation schedules.
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Dependable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines.
· Professional appearance and respectful communication with customers and team members
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience installing custom, semi-custom, and stock cabinetry.
· Experience with crown molding, decorative trim, panels, fillers, and specialty cabinet features.
· Basic carpentry and finish-carpentry experience.
· Experience working in occupied homes and active construction sites.
· References or photos showing previously completed cabinet installations.
