Responsibilities
- Develop customized training plans tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and medical history
- Lead one-on-one personal training sessions that motivate and challenge clients while ensuring proper technique and safety
- Conduct group fitness classes that energize participants and foster a supportive community atmosphere
- Educate clients on exercise techniques, body mechanics, nutrition basics, and injury prevention strategies
- Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to maximize results
- Maintain a safe workout environment by enforcing gym policies and promoting proper use of equipment
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices to continually enhance training effectiveness
Requirements
- Valid certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA)
- Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing safe workouts
- Proven experience in teaching fitness classes or personal training with excellent communication skills
- Ability to motivate diverse groups of clients with energetic and positive coaching techniques
- Strong understanding of program design tailored to individual needs and fitness levels
- Experience with sports coaching or group fitness instruction is a plus
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their full potential

Compensation
Training (1:1 and Group) - 35% Session Value
Administrative Hours - $15 per hour
*3% bonus on collected revenue from Coaching Packages sold excluding introductory offers.
