We are seeking a highly motivated Client Support Specialist II – Benefits & Payroll Support to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing expert assistance with benefits administration, payroll processing, and related financial services. Your responsibilities will include resolving client inquiries, ensuring accurate payroll and benefits management, and supporting the seamless operation of our human resources and accounting systems. Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer/client calls regarding payroll, benefits, and HR support
- Resolve client issues and provide timely solutions
- Assist users with system navigation and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain professionalism and strong customer satisfaction
- Document interactions accurately
- Follow daily schedules and productivity metrics
- Communicate clearly via phone, email, and chat
Requirements
- Previous Customer Service / Call Center experience preferred
- Experience supporting Payroll, Benefits, HR, or CSR functions is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable handling high call volumes
- Basic computer and multitasking skills
- Reliable attendance during onsite training
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
