About the Role:
Delivery & Distribution Solutions L is looking for driven, entrepreneurial Owner-Operators to run regional Sprinter Van routes out of Solon, OH. Responsibilities:
- Operate your own Sprinter Van on assigned regional delivery routes in and around Solon, OH
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional delivery of packages and freight to customers
- Maintain vehicle safety standards, cleanliness, and DOT compliance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding route status and delivery updates
- Manage daily route manifests, proof of delivery documentation, and electronic logging
- Handle loading, unloading, and proper securing of cargo
- Represent the company professionally at every customer touchpoint
Requirements:
- Must own or have access to a Sprinter Van or similar cargo van in good working condition
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
- Proof of commercial auto insurance and active business entity (LLC preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet delivery deadlines
- Prior delivery, logistics, or owner-operator experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, reliable, and professional demeanor
