Idaho Health and Hormones is looking for an Internal Sales team member to close the loop between our provider's clinical recommendations and a patient's decision to move forward with treatment. You'll step in right after our nurse practitioner identifies a care opportunity — talking through pricing, payment options, next steps — and getting the patient scheduled before they leave. This isn't a cold-sales role: it works because the person in it genuinely understands the hormone therapies we offer and can speak to them with real confidence.
What you'll do:
- Meet with patients immediately following the provider's clinical recommendation to discuss treatment options, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain a genuine, detailed working knowledge of the hormone therapies and wellness protocols we offer, so every financial conversation is grounded in real understanding of the treatment — not just a price sheet.
- Present financing and payment plan options clearly and accurately, answering questions patients have before they commit.
- Schedule the patient's next visit or procedure appointment before they leave, so following through feels like a natural part of their care — not a separate sales step.
- Follow up with patients who don't commit at the time of the visit, and re-approach at the right interval.
- Partner closely with the provider before each visit to understand the specific care plan being recommended.
What you'll need
- Comfort having direct, honest conversations about cost and payment with patients.
- Willingness and ability to learn detailed hormone therapy and wellness treatment protocols — this isn't optional, it's the foundation of the role.
- Comfort learning our practice-management/scheduling system (training provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills — the ability to make a financial conversation feel supportive, not transactional.
- Reliability and on-site presence during scheduled hours.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a medical, wellness, or aesthetics setting.
- Experience with patient financing platforms (e.g., CareCredit, Cherry).
- Background in healthcare administration, esthetics, or hormone health coaching.
Schedule & pay Part-time, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with days set around the provider's consultation
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
