Unit Manager (RN/LPN)
Lead. Inspire. Raise the Standard.
At Timber Springs Transitional Care, we don’t settle for average—and neither should you.
We’re looking for a clinically strong, people-focused leader who thrives on building great teams, developing others, and creating an exceptional experience for our residents every single day. If you’re passionate about coaching, accountability, and excellence, we want to meet you.
This isn’t a position for someone looking to simply “manage a unit.” It’s an opportunity to lead a team, influence culture, and make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Do
As a Unit Manager, you’ll be the clinical leader for your neighborhood, partnering with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding care while developing the next generation of caregivers.
You’ll:
- Lead and mentor nurses and CNAs through coaching, accountability, and recognition.
- Foster a positive, high-performing team culture where people are supported and challenged to grow.
- Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care.
- Maintain survey readiness and uphold regulatory excellence.
- Collaborate with therapy, dietary, social services, physicians, and other departments to achieve the best outcomes.
- Conduct clinical rounds and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Address concerns with professionalism, compassion, and confidence.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, employee development, and performance management.
- Champion quality improvement initiatives and celebrate team successes.
Who You Are
You believe “good enough” isn’t good enough.
You naturally lead by example, communicate with confidence, and know how to earn respect without relying solely on your title. You enjoy solving problems, developing people, and creating an environment where both residents and employees thrive.
You value:
- Integrity
- Accountability
- Teamwork
- Compassion
- Continuous improvement
- Excellence in everything you do

- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, infection prevention, and clinical documentation.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
