Paradise F&B Management is one of the brands under Paradise Group USA. Paradise Group houses a total of 11 culinary concepts across 9 countries, serving customers at close to 50 restaurants in Singapore and more than 60 restaurants worldwide.
The Finance Manager supervises and manages accounting and financial functions, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting and practices, while also supporting budgeting, financial analysis, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Handle full set of accounts and reports of all US Paradise's entities on monthly basis to Singapore using group consolidation package for P&L and BS and outlets performance analysis including bank reconciliation statements and various accounting schedules.
- Management reporting to operational team on the sales performance, sales turnover, average customer spending, trend analysis, purchase cost and inventory turnover, standard costing vs actual costing, sales incentives computation worksheet and various working schedules.
- Ensure compliance to Group accounting policies and USA accounting standard (on capital expenditure recognition, depreciation policy, closing stock valuation, revenue and cost of sales recognition).
- Working with CPA and Tax Agent to ensure compliance with Paradise Group and local Accounting and Tax requirements.
- Projection of cash flow for the require funds needed on capital expenditure and operating expenditure, propose petty cash amount for restaurant outlets and office including POS float amount, Petty cash control and reimbursement for restaurant outlets.
- Internal control and putting up SOP for various functions and areas per Paradise Group policies.
- Handle the renewal of general Insurances and review of other contracts,
- Maintenance of accounting records and controls, actively review all expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately monthly and continuous improvement of our accounting process and report quality.
- Other finance operational matters such as insurance claims, leasing matters such as agreement review, gross sales certification, GTO submission, rental payment, insurance certificates, correspondences with landlords and other local compliance matter etc.
- Assist HQ in managing our investment (accounting and reports) in other parts of USA;
- Build, coach and maintain a stable USA Accounting Team to handle the Accountings, Reporting, Internal controls, local Accounting and Tax compliance. Smooth the local operation and assist in business expansion in and outside California.
- Meet and communicate with bankers, financial institutions, auditors, and external vendors regarding banking, financing, and financial matters.
- Partner with Headquarters and local management to support business goals and financial planning.
- Performing other duties as assign.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Bilingual in Mandarin required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry strongly preferred.
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting/POS systems.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret labor, food, and operating cost data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with operations leadership.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others to maximize creativity, problem solving, and results.

Pay: $109,500.00 - $126,451.00 per year
